In order to match jobs to candidates, you need jobs (from the ATS) and candidates. So where do the candidates come from?
Candidates can be pulled from your existing databases, such as your ATS or CRM, and matched to your open roles. This cuts back on recruitment marketing waste & time.
You can then supplement that candidate pool by pulling in new candidates from referrals, veteran communities/referrals and even your inbound applicants who can pulled directly from your ATS. All of these are matched and stack ranked against all of the candidates above, giving you access to the best talent for your roles faster.
