Robert (Arch) Archibald
Prior to co-founding Aliro, Bob spent 25 years at the helm of MedSearch, Inc., a company he founded, that handled executive search in the healthcare, medical device and pharmaceutical industries. At MedSearch Bob helped clients like Merck, Pfizer, and Siemens recruit seasoned executives from the board and c-suite levels through marketing, product development, regulatory affairs, manufacturing and operations.
Prior to founding MedSearch, Bob spent much of his career as a management consultant having helped clients design and implement professional recruiting programs and strategies across a wide variety of disciplines.
Having been involved with numerous start-up enterprises during the course of his career, Bob continues in the role of board member for a number of profit and non-profit organizations, and is also active in raising awareness and funds for Disabled Veterans and Gold Star Mothers.
Cydney is a technology executive with over 20 years of experience delivering enterprise services and leading professional services organizations. Prior to Aliro, Cydney led the US shared services and delivery organization for Mobiquity, a leading mobile professional services firm focused on developing and deploying custom mobile solutions for Global 2000 enterprises.
Prior to Mobiquity, Cydney led professional services and hosting operations for Moxie Software and professional services and support for TransactTools, which was later acquired by the NYSE. Cydney has extensive global experience with responsibility for European and Asian markets and has lived and worked in Europe. She has an MBA from the University of Houston and a BBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
Kath is a senior advisor and investor in Aliro, providing organization, operational and strategic guidance to the leadership team, with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership.
Cote was CEO of Worldport Communications Company, CEO of Computervision Corporation and President of Prime Services. She was also founder and President of Seagrass Partners, a consulting firm specializing in providing business, operational and management support for startups and mid-sized companies.
Kath currently serves on the Board of Directors of Western Digital Corporation and Verisign Corporation. She previously served on the boards of Workscape Corporation, GTAT, Radview Corporation, Asure Software, 3COM, BayNetworks Corporation and MediaOne Corporation.
Cote has an Honorary Doctorate from the University of Massachusetts, an MBA from Babson College, and a BA from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.

Evan is a nationally recognized leader with over two decades of experience in strategic talent acquisition, corporate development, employment marketing & branding. As a Chief Veteran Advocate, Evan is highly sought-after by major companies, news media, and veteran service organizations to share leading practices in military engagement & busi-ness development.
As former Global Head of Military Programs and Engagement for Verizon; Evan’s re-sponsibilities included creation, development, implementation, and oversight of Verizon’s new military engagement program and national branding efforts. Evan’s passion and experience has led Verizon to receive the #1 ranking on the Best For Vets list for two consecutive years by Military Times Edge Magazine. Evan is the recipient of U.S. Chamber of Commerce, Hiring Our Heroes – Colonel Michael Endres Award. In addition, Evan’s individual efforts have been recognized by former President George W. Bush & former First Lady Michelle Obama, the White House-Joining Forces, and Department of Defense, and many other reputable establishments.
VP, Sales & Partnerships
Matt Segal is an experienced business development and partnership executive with over 20 years of management leadership at innovative startups enterprises and growth stage companies. His experience spans an array of areas including mobile, e-commerce, SaaS and gaming. His passion for technology drove him to early stage start-ups, where he focused on driving sales, account management and business development. Matt oversees solution sales and strategic partnerships for Aliro. He is tasked with not only developing new business for Aliro’s portfolio, but also identifying partners that can enhance Aliro’s reach and drive the company’s strategy. Prior to Aliro, he spent five years in the SaaS space as Vice President of Account Management for Clutch. He was instrumental in developing specialized customer strategy solutions for a spectrum of luxury brands and retailers as well as new markets. Prior to Clutch, Matt was co-founder of a development company that worked on mobile and social strategies with large brands in the entertainment, sports and health verticals. Matt has a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
Director of Client Solutions
Amy is a nationally recognized customer advocate in the recruitment advertisement and technology space with over 18 years of experience serving enterprise organizations. Amy is passionate about consulting businesses in their recruitment efforts and HCM strategies. Amy feels privileged to be part of an organization who’s mission is to help transitioning military, veterans, and military spouse’s find meaningful employment.
Prior to Aliro, Amy worked at Gartner, CareerBuilder.com, SimplyHired, Monster Worldwide and SkillSurvey. She helped enterprise clients nationally with a variety of business strategies, primarily focusing on recruitment process and technology. Amy is also Co-Founder of a candle company.
Amy has a BSE in Sports Science from the University of Kansas. Amy and her husband live in Fort Collins, CO where they enjoy camping, biking and all things outdoors.
VP, Software Development
Nate leads application development and technology at Aliro. He is responsible for both hands-on development of application architecture and delivered functionality as well as directs the team of technical resources who contribute to the product’s maturation and success.
Prior to joining Aliro, Nate was the Lead Technical Manager for one of the largest projects at Mobiquity Inc. There he was responsible for interfacing with multiple clients, product architecture, software development and leading a team of seasoned engineers. His tenure culminated in the first ever FDA approved digital medicine system. Prior to that Nate was the lead software engineer and architect at Exnihilo, a digital solutions agency based in Providence Rhode Island.
Director of Customer Success
Greg Walters is Director of Customer Success at AliroVets, responsible for the end-to-end client experience from onboarding and implementation through client success. Greg’s “customer first” approach plays a critical role in driving the company’s strong retention.
