How do I find a job?
Finding a job is quick and easy. Once you’re signed up on the platform, update your profile to include relevant details about your experience. Aliro’s match feature takes this information and matches you to relevant jobs on the platform, sending you jobs to apply to. You can also search for jobs by entering keywords and locations into the search bar. Once you’ve found that perfect job, simply select, “Apply Now” to start the application process. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.
How do I refer someone?
We’ve made it even easier for you to refer those you know to jobs you see on the Aliro platform. Many of these jobs even offer referral bonuses! Be sure to keep a lookout for these jobs which are clearly marked at the top of each job page. Once you’ve found that perfect job for your family member, friend, and or colleague, simply select “Refer Someone I Know.” This will bring up a separate window from which you can copy your referral link to send the job to someone you know. You can also email directly from this popup or share it via social media. Once you’ve sent the referral link, we’ll keep you updated as they move through the hiring process.
My password is not working. How do I reset it?
Choose the “forgot password” option at the bottom of the log in screen and enter your registered email address, click on Send Me A Link button.
Enter the email address associated with your Aliro account, and we will send you an email with a link to reset your password.
How do I get the success fees from Aliro?
Aliro pays all the success fees, the bonuses via PayPal. In order to process your payment for the Success Fee you are owed, you need to have your PayPal ID on the platform at https://onaliro.com. We will not be able to process your payment until we have a PayPal ID in your profile.
Log into the platform by using the link above. Add your PayPal address to your profile.
- Click Your Name in the upper right hand corner
- Select Profile from the drop down menu
- Move to the fields “PayPal Email Address (for payments)” and enter the email address that was setup for their PayPal account.
- Press Save Changes.
You can check the anticipated payment date of your payment by checking your Earnings tab on the platform.
Android Mobil App Not Logging In – Error Symptom
When starting the mobile app (v 0.5.3), when you login, you get a spinning icon and you will never get logged into the mobile app.
How to fix this:
- From your Android, go to Settings, Apps, Aliro App and click Force Stop
- Click on Storage, then Clear Cache, Clear Data icons
- Restart Mobile App and Login
